Maggs Bros, booksellers to the Queen, asked us to design their publication ’4973: Berkeley Protest Posters 1970′ featuring a collection of protest posters produced by students from Berkeley University, California. The brief called for the design to be to be strong, exciting, yet sensitive enough to showcase the posters and reflect their handmade nature. We went on to design posters, flyers and a mini web-site.
